Bulk Emailing
Using CLIM8 as the client database - PPD offer a very simple to use bulk emailing option. Using any crtieria as your target - for example any computing businesses who have contacted you in the last month - you can instantly send an email to all matching clients.
The emails can be either entered as you need them, or templates can be saved to save time on future emails. The emails can either be sent in text or HTML format and can include any attachments as required.
The email is sent to a single dummy recipient with all the target clients blind copied in. This means only a single email will leave the organisation, resulting in a much faster email with a much lower network overhead.
Personalised Email
Similar to the Bulk Emailing - but with one big important difference; the email can contain information specific to the target recipient - for example, it could start with Dear Mr Smith and ask them to confirm the data you hold about them.
As with the bulk email - you can either enter the details about the emails as you need them or define templates for repeated emails, and obviously the emails can be either text or HTML with attachments if required.
Because a single email needs to be generated for each recipient - this product should be installed on a web server. Because of this, as well as offering this product to install on your own web server. we also offer it as a hosted service on a subscription or pay-per-use basis.
