CLIM8 Call Centre
The CLIM8 Call Centre is a highly customisable data capture module which includes the following features:
- Multiple types of 'Campaigns' can be created, each with it's own list of target clients.
- 'Read-only' data, stored within the CLIM8 database, can be displayed to the CLIM8 Call Centre users to make them aware of information relevant to the campaign (e.g. business size, credit rating, etc).
- Each campaign has a 'script' of how the call should progress. This can include pre-defined 'labels' with things to say to or ask the client, data fields to capture, or interactions to perform.
- Multiple people can work on the same campaign - the module will ensure that users do not accidently call the same person.
- A complete call history is displayed to the caller as soon as they are presented with a target client - ensuring they are fully aware of any previous call attempts.
- The ability to specify a 'do not contact until' date.
- Integrated telephony links - the caller never has to touch anything other than the keyboard and mouse.
- The ability to check at any time on how a campaign is progressing.
- Complete reporting on all campaign activity - including time per client.
